KOHL'S THREAD: People have been stuck "In Fulfillment" since the 22nd for the #PS5 and Kohl's hasn't been much help.
Kohl’s has had the earliest customers in the dark on fulfillment since they ordered, but those who as late as 8-10 mins after them have got their orders already.
If you are left in the dark and are facing the same issues, reach out to @alexgriffitt and they'll add you to the common group. Additionally, share and retweet this thread so that it reaches @Kohls.
@alexgriffitt@Kohls I'm in the exact same situation. Why has there been no update at all while tracking my order on your website in the past 5 days? Even after those ordered the ps5 15+ minutes after mine have already received delivery? So many questions.. I am losing faith in Kohl's by the minute.
@Kohls 138 hours after my order was placed and I’ve still received no update on my status since the first day. It’s been stuck on in fullfillment, and I’ve been reassured by customer service it’ll be shipped any day now while I watch others get their packages. Where’s my ps5???
@Dancoviss@linuswilson I called and all they told me is it’s still in fulfillment and hasn’t been shipped yet, no real useful info. I don’t think the call center can even give a real update beyond what I can see on their order status page.
