The point is not the boys can’t hug fans or others. The point is selling as benefits becoming they are losing their body autonomies and privacies. Skinship is a very personal and sensitive thing, which is all depending on individual’s relationships and comfortable levels. When you gave the boys have no choice to choose their own social distances and body autonomies, that’s inappropriate against human right.

Selling hug is inappropriate in the first place, no matter what adjustment you are going to make now!

Suggest you to:
1. Remove this hug benefit and reimburse fans who have bought the benefits.
2. Don’t ask or use BossNoeul to make apologises to the fans. And don’t ask the boys to do more benefits to trade for your sorry. That’s not their faults at all.
3. Review all of your coming up event contracts with your business partners including overseas, to remove and amend activities and benefits that might cause issues and concerns.
4. Hire your own professional translator to review your event contents and lawyer for your contracts in particular for events in overseas.
5. Provide a clear and concise update to all fans, about this case management. What’s the situation? How you are going to fix this issue? What’s the outcome?
6. Treat your artists with appropriate welfares. They are the one who bring business to you. Be clear on that.

Please be more careful in the future in selecting and organizing jobs for your artists. If fans hadn’t raised concerns who knows what could happen? The event was announced weeks ago. Last time the boys had to spend extra time accommodating fans bc additional benefits were sold without prior agreement.

Other companies limit and restrict physical touches for the sake of their artists’ safety and well being. If anything went wrong how would it affect their career, image, and future opportunities, esp in china where they’re not in their home country? Have you ever thought about the consequences? It would affect your company too.

Please make adjustments on the activity format cause i strongly object to anything that can harm their reputation and i hope this HUG benefit can be completely removed off the list because no matter how it’s presented, it is so wrong and such benefit shouldn’t have existed in the first place.

They’re not objects or cash cows.

Just a few suggestion:
1. Please be more clear in your statement- please do specifically mention which artists and which events to AVOID ANOTHER MISCOMMUNICATION
2. YOUR MISCOMMUNICATION has resulted in massive chaotic response from the fans even those outside the fandom, please be more careful and hire a certified translator to negotiate all the events involving overseas schedule.
3. MY BIGGEST REQUEST- please treat BossNoeul as a human being, not a toy for you guys to make easy fast money. Please be considerate to your own artists’ welfare please.

I need more people to know about this. This is a BossNoeul event in Hangzhou on 29/11. They sold a “HUG” benefit for 399rmb (1820thb). All 80 packages have been sold out.

From queries made by people to Nan, it seems the benefit is a “real hug” that will be done privately in another room and no recording is allowed.
