After Copenhagen and Oslo, a delegation from Rwanda, led by the Ambassador of Rwanda to the Nordic countries, Diane Gashumba, and Philip Lucky, Head of Investment Marketing, Rwanda Development Board, visited Helsinki to further ties with Nordic countries...π
