Please stop sending me the same response. I am asking for a specific explanation and a resolution regarding my funds.
Are you seriously telling me that my refund cannot be returned to me without providing a clear reason or evidence of what happened to it? I was told I would receive an email when the refund was sent, but I never received one. I was only informed that the refund had supposedly been rejected after I contacted support myself.
My account has been closed, and my refund has now been outstanding for more than two weeks. I need to know exactly where my money is and why it is still being held.
Please escalate this case to a senior member of the refund team and provide a specific explanation of what happened to my funds. I am requesting the return of my money to my valid bank account without further unnecessary delays.
I expect a direct response addressing my questions rather than another repeated message.

I am not comfortable with the decision regarding my refund, and I need a clear explanation of what happened.

I provided the requested evidence as part of my appeal and was informed that I would receive an email notification when the refund was sent. However, I never received any confirmation that the refund had been processed. As a result, I do not know when it was sent, where it was sent, or why it was rejected.

Please clarify:

Why my refund was rejected.
Why the funds are currently being held.
When the refund was processed and which account it was sent to.
The reason for the rejection or return.
What steps I need to take to receive my refund.

I respectfully ask you to review my case again and provide the relevant transaction details or evidence explaining what happened. I am not satisfied with simply being told that the refund was rejected without further clarification.

Please provide a detailed response and explain how my refund can be released to my valid bank account.
