@hef4caerphilly @AMCarwyn We pay c£200pa in #newcardington on top of council tax, more than the £78 in this instance however also consider more than 50% is management fee pocketed immediately and as you rightly point out we can do nothing about it & dont want it. @BedfordTweets are ignoring to save costs

I bought the freehold to my house which I term Fleecehold. If I ever refused or couldn't pay the service charges for our private roads their is a nice little forfeiture clause in the TP1. Thank You Lovell Partnerships Ltd.
