Medication safety during fasting
👉Prefer long-acting, once/twice-daily regimens during Ramadan.
👉SGLT2 inhibitors are generally safe; advise hydration
👉Finerenone appears safe during fasting, with stable potassium but possible mild eGFR decline.

@sundar_s1955 I really dunno why people with Hypertension, especially young people, land up with the Cardiologist sir. There is absolutely no evaluation for the cause. Just an Echo and start on Hypertensive Medications.

@happiedoc Just realised one of my HD patient fits in the diagnostic criteria. Almost every HD she had headache, now completely fine after renal transplant.
