At that time Kerry was Sec of State in the Obama govt.

It seems America is desperate & needs the deal.
If what Iran is saying is true, then America will be releasing 6billion of the 12 billion frozen in Qatar.
If true the deal will maybe last until the regime has replenished not food but more sophisticated weaponry. Then I guess it will be business as usual
