I don't let men call me "darling" or "my dear" in professional settings or interviews.
It's a power play men use to be condescending to women & try to put us in our place
In interviews, these men don't start out with "my dear". No. It starts when they don't like the questions
Not feeling too well and was about to take a quick nap but I remembered I'm Jamaican so when I'm sick I shouldn't be laying around in bed because "a dat di sickness want!"
I know the anointing makes the difference. However, I believe people who can't sing or those who can hardly hold a note should stay away from the praise and worship team.
@wolmersdotinfo I agree with you, wholeheartedly. But I'm seeing more and more that people who can't sing at all are hogging the praise and worship team and I've seen how they've confused the services, the musicians and the congregation.
