Somalis rank among the most welfare-dependent groups in the United States, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Finland, and Sweden.
Six countries. Same result. Every single time.
This is a pattern, and American taxpayers are paying for it.
81% of Somali immigrant households receive welfare. Even after being in the US for 10 years or longer, 78% are still on welfare. For native households, that number is 21%.
They aren’t living the American dream. They are getting free stuff. And we are all paying for it.
Moreover, mass Somali immigration is making our communities less safe. According to researchers writing in City Journal, Somali immigrant men have an incarceration rate more than twice that of men born in the United States.
An immigration system that endangers our own people is one that needs thorough reform.
Last week, my Task Force held its first hearing on Ohio’s Medicaid fraud scandal. I asked a Democrat State Senator one question:
“Has Somali immigration been good for Ohio?”
She said my question almost brought her to tears because of the hateful rhetoric.
Democrats don’t have an argument against the facts, so they attack the people who find them.
Luke Rosiak testified that 100% of the suspect Medicaid fraud companies he investigated had Somali, Bhutanese, or other African origin names. 100%.
The facts are clear: mass Somali immigration has been a catastrophic failure for American taxpayers, American communities, and American safety.
That is exactly why I introduced legislation to ban immigration from Somalia.
Dear Mr. @POTUS ,
War does not amount to a Special Operation and a Special Operation does not amount to a War. We are involved in a very serious WAR with monumental consequences.
The Iranian regime fought for 8 years against Iraq and allowed the chemical slaughter of thousands of their own children (so they know how to sacrifice and suffer, and no, they haven’t changed one iota since the 1980’s, except maybe grown stronger, smarter and more sophisticated). And they care less about the death of their own people. In fact, the regime can be best described as a death cult.
Don’t believe what your CIA says about the situation. My experience tells me you are being led into foreign policy ambushes. Ambushes that you may not be able to fight your way through.
There are superb military analysts that have been studying Iran for decades. Go to USCENTCOM and have the team down there brief you on exactly what they know and exactly what they believe. Spend the time with them in an open dialogue, they will lay out the immense challenges we face.
Do not, for a second, believe anything the Iranians tell your “negotiating” team, the Iranians will lie straight to their faces, full stop.
Trust your commanders but be cautious of your “diplomats.” We don’t need
more war, we need this war to end.
Find a way to maintain the prestige of the United States of America and get out of this mess as fast as you can.
Otherwise, bomb the sh!t out of Teheran, kill as many of the leaders as you can, and start preparing the homeland for the wave of terrorist attacks that will likely come to our shores (if they’re not already here and prepared to strike).
In fact, prepare for the latter regardless of whatever decisions you make.
We want you to succeed (our nation needs you to succeed), but the situation and the “fog of war” has settled in so thick, it is very difficult to discern where our nation is currently headed.
Fifth Generation Warfare has a vast number of components and the Iranians (along with their cohorts in the CCP and those in Moscow) are all well schooled in this form of WAR.
And Pray 🙏🏼 🇺🇸

Be careful. Public opinion is not reality; it is a snapshot of a moment. Only the Lord and His word provide a solid foundation upon which we can plan and build our lives.
See how public opinion played out for David in today’s Stand on the Word Bible reading: 2 Samuel 19.
T... K... O...
@shashj I want America to have the strongest military in the world.
And to be clear... I'm the OG for rage posting. We should all be given grace to delete things we want to take back. Welcome to America friend.
Maybe we’ll never agree on everything.
But I think most Americans can agree on this:
Anyone willing to wear the uniform for this country deserves a real chance when they come home.
Not a forgotten corner.
Not a cold sidewalk.
A real chance.

IRAN
•The U.S. and Iran exchanged strikes again overnight, and Pres. Trump threatened to continue to hit Iran "hard" today because its leaders were taking "too long to negotiate." Iran's Pres. Pezeshkian retorted that Iran "will stand firm against any pressure or threat."
•The U.S. also fired on the Settebello, an Indian-crewed oil tanker that had allegedly "violated the ongoing blockade by attempting to transport oil from Iran." Three Indian sailors are missing and 21 others were rescued following the strike.
•Iran says the Strait of Hormuz is "completely closed" and claims it is actively targeting ships that try to defy its blockade.
•U.S. officials don't consider the Strait closed: Pres. Trump says U.S. vessels have helped tankers carrying a cumulative total of 100 million barrels of oil through the Strait.
•Experts suggest around two million barrels of oil are leaking through the Strait per day, which is around one-seventh the pre-war volume that passed through daily but still a decent rate. That's perhaps why oil prices have remained lower than analysts thought they'd be after a prolonged blockade.
NORTHERN IRELAND
•A stabbing attack blamed on a Sudanese-born man ignited anti-immigrant riots and racist retaliation in Belfast.
•Police are using baton rounds and water cannons in an effort to restrain an angry minority" that used the stabbing as an excuse to engage in opportunistic racist violence and arson.
SOUTH AFRICA
•Anti-immigrant campaigners called for all undocumented immigrants in South Africa to leave the country by June 30, and - unsettled by the memory of the attacks that followed similar prior eviction notices - thousands are heeding the call to return home.
•Nigerians are the largest contingent of undocumented immigrants in South Africa, comprising around a quarter of the estimated 2.2 million total. Around 1,000 have voluntarily returned to Nigeria.
RUSSIA
•A senior Russian military officer (whose name has yet to be released) was killed by a car bomb outside Moscow on Tuesday. Ukrainian agents or sympathizers were likely responsible, but Ukraine declined to comment on the incident.
DRC
•DRC's National Assembly quietly passed a bill that paves the way for a referendum to alter the constitution so Pres. Tshisekedi can run for a third term. Lacking the numbers to block the measure from passing, the opposition boycotted the vote in protest.
The people who want cheap foreign wool are the same people who can't understand why there are only a handful of US wool mills left.
You get what you fund. For forty years this country funded the foreign version. We are picking up what's left and rebuilding it.
Yesterday in Ohio, indictments were returned charging three illegal aliens from Guatemala for international smuggling of unaccompanied alien children (UAC) and defrauding the government, while another illegal alien was sentenced to prison for smuggling a UAC to the U.S. in 2023 and then fraudulently obtaining custody of the child who he then sexually abused.
“For too many years, under the prior administration, unaccompanied children were smuggled to the United States and then taken in by a mismanaged government program guided by reckless policy direction,” said Acting Attorney General @DAGToddBlanche. “Instead of protecting children, these defendants and others allegedly took advantage of the program and used it to entice the illegal smuggling of unaccompanied children to the United States and, as the sentence of Tiul Xi shows, leave them vulnerable to sexual assault, trafficking, and other exploitation.”
