Every rapist, murderer, and predator in existence has "mental health" issues by the standards of a normal person. They're all sick in the head. They all have "intrusive thoughts." And a huge number of them have FAR more serious sob stories than Lindsay Clancy. Most of the worst people in the world, who do the most depraved and horrible things, were mistreated as children, subjected to all kinds of horrific abuse, etc. Pick any serial killer at random and you'll very likely find that they had been victimized, mistreated, even tortured for years before they committed their first crime. Many of them can claim they were "abandoned by the system" much more convincingly than Lindsay Clancy can make that claim. And yet we all agree, in almost all of these other cases, that these sadistic predators -- in spite of their significant "mental health" challenges and whatever terrible things were done to them -- must still be held fully accountable for their crimes. Lindsay Clancy cannot make an "insanity" argument that wouldn't also apply to all of the worst, most barbaric freaks in history. To carve out some kind of special ad hoc exception in her case would be not just unjust but totally incoherent.

Poor boys dressed up like girls, made to dance for powerful men, then treated like property. That is the practice. It has been going on in Afghanistan and parts of Pakistan for generations.

The Taliban banned it on paper. A 2023 U.S. State Department report called it a pattern of sexual slavery by the Taliban and said the cases were rising, not falling.

In 2024 the Taliban reported zero trafficking investigations, zero prosecutions, zero convictions. Boys who speak get blamed. In that culture the stigma is so heavy that reporting can get you killed.

They locked women out of public life so they used boys to fill the gap. That is how the system works. And they’re anally raping those boys.

This did not start in 2021. After 2001 it exploded again under the warlords we armed and paid. American and British troops watched Afghan “allies” do it on our own bases and were ordered to look the other way. “It’s their culture.” That was the official line.

In 2019 investigators found at least 165 boys abused across just three high schools. In 2020 there were 237 cases referred for prosecution. Almost none of it produced real consequences. The men doing it were connected. The boys were poor.

One survivor, first taken at 14, says it has happened about 80 times. He is 20 now. His line is simple: it only ends when he dies.

Western feminists will shut a city down over a statue or a pronoun but have nothing to say about this. The same people who scream “protect the children” go silent when the children are boys in Afghanistan and the men doing it come from the religion they spent twenty years calling moderate.

This is why you do not import the culture.

This is why remigration is not optional.

Islam is not compatible with the West.

Pretending otherwise is how you end up explaining this away while your politicians worry about hurting the wrong feelings.

We never heard the N-word or F-bombs coming out of our radios.

Our cartoons didn't try to turn us gay.

Movies and TV shows didn't want to depress us about our world or our lives.

Actors didn't tell us who to vote for.

Nobody told us what jokes were allowed.

There were no TRANS kids.

Nobody told you their pronouns.

A man was a man, a woman was a woman, and nobody pretended otherwise.

Nobody lost their job or their home or their family or their friends for merely stating biological facts.

Nobody had food allergies.

I could go to school without getting jumped.

We played outside until the streetlights came on.

We had family dinners with no phones at the table.

Families didn't break up over politics.

We respected cops, teachers, and the flag.

We celebrated CHRISTMAS, not Kwanzaa.

Nobody was "offended" by EVERYTHING.

If anybody WAS offended by something, it was THEIR PERSONAL PROBLEM, not a national crisis.

And here's the good part:

Women hadn't willfully destroyed every aspect of entertainment - from movies to TV to video games.

Call me old-fashioned and outdated, but I really miss those days.

So God, if you're listening, this is my prayer:

Return us to the good old days of American civility, PLEASE.

Suheila Mukhtar ’26 read Surah Al-Alaq and a verse from An-Nur in Arabic at the official Harvard College service on May 26 in Tercentenary Theatre.

The printed program listed “READINGS from the Muslim tradition, Quran 24:35 & Quran 96:1-14,” read in Arabic by Mukhtar and in English by Alae Aboussad ’26.

Al-Alaq is the first revelation in Islamic tradition. It opens with the command to read in the name of “your Lord who created,” then warns that man “does transgress all bounds when he sees himself self-sufficient” and that “to your Lord is the return.”

Harvard was founded in 1636 to educate Puritan clergy. For generations its motto and mission were bound to Christian scripture.

The same yard now runs a multi-faith baccalaureate with an imam on the platform and Quranic recitation as a featured reading.

That is not a student club meeting. It is the university putting Islam’s text in the slot once reserved for the faith that built the place.

A keffiyeh sat on the stage beside her. The clip is being celebrated overseas as a victory lap.

America First means noticing when elite institutions treat the founding faith as one option among many while giving a rival legal-theological system the microphone at commencement week.

John Harvard’s statue still sits in the Yard. The question is whether the school still belongs to the civilization that carved it.
