@JustEatUK When I was able to DM you guys, i had a missing item and you sent a very long script which quoted "we've given you a generous amount of goodwill gestures and cant..." but when i looked back i only had 2 small partial refunds this year and I was denied, the customer service is bad

@JustEatUK How can i show proof if my email is blocked Also on here too? If you work it out as one order a week lets say £20, 1yr= £7.2k, 10yrs=72k so it shows what you guys do to long time customers. You follow a script and give a small refund in credit so you are forced to order again..
