Today, I spoke in support of the Inflation Reduction Act which includes my drug price reduction framework to rein in the cost of prescription drugs and preserve the development of life-changing and lifesaving treatments and cures.

My drug price reduction framework will:
✅Allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices
✅End price increases beyond the rate of inflation
✅Establish a $2,000 out-of-pocket cap
✅Reduce the deficit by $300 billion
