Housing is simply too expensive for too many Floridians.
I fought hard to lower middle class taxes and increase funding for affordable housing in the federal budget. I will never stop championing this basic human right.
Everyone counts and everyone is accountable, up to and including the President of the United States. The January 6th attacks were provoked by the former President. There is no doubt about this. We watched the tragedy of the day unfold right before our very eyes.
America is a great nation and we never have to settle for those who lie, steal, and cheat, or those poor timid souls who lack the courage to hold them accountable. I am grateful for the members of the committee who put patriotism before politics.
A safe community should be the right of every American.
I introduced the VICTIM Act to help solve unsolved murders and shootings and get violent criminals off the streets.
The Senate should pass it.
