Congresswoman serving Pennsylvania’s Fourth District of Montgomery and Berks Counties | Committees: @AppropsDems & @HouseForeign | “Courage is in the air"
Always wonderful to welcome students from Berks to D.C.
Kutztown Area High School's AP government students asked thoughtful, impressive questions about how our government works.
Their curiosity and passion bring me hope for our next generation of leaders.
Our hearing with Acting AG Todd Blanche should concern us all.
He is not working for survivors of Epstein or the American people.
He is working for one man — Donald Trump.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended our town hall at Ursinus College!
We are at our best when we are engaged in our communities — last week was a meaningful example of that.
Thank you for using your voice! 🇺🇸
Utility bills are too high, and families need solutions. Our Energy Bills Relief Act can bring needed help by reinstating clean energy tax credits. Glad to join @RepMGS & @CleanAirCouncil in our call for a greener future.
Farmers feed our communities, and when extreme weather hits, they deserve our support.
We called on Secretary Rollins for federal aid, and our farmers secured the recovery loans they need.
When our local farms thrive, we all do.
On Memorial Day, I return to the Gettysburg Address, where President Lincoln so powerfully spoke of our inability to articulate the immense sacrifice of our fallen troops:
"We can not dedicate. We can not consecrate. We can not hallow this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract."
Though we cannot convey the debt of gratitude and depth of loss, we must still try.
On this solemn day, we honor the courageous service members — patriots — who gave the "last full measure of devotion" for our freedom.
It's all about the grift with this administration.
While a war rages on and everyday prices for Americans skyrocket, this President is looking out for one person — himself.
It's time to vote in the #PAPrimary in Pennsylvania. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Remember, if you are in line by 8 p.m., you can vote.

Today I took to the House floor to introduce the Kimberly Vaughan Firearm Safe Storage Act alongside @RepDean.
The bill honors Kimberly Vaughan, one of the 10 lives stolen during the 2018 mass shooting at Santa Fe High School in Texas. Kimberly was killed after a teenage classmate used firearms taken from his father that had been left unsecured at home.

The public deserves access to the Epstein files, and the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein deserve to have their identities protected.
Yet, the DOJ has not fully redacted survivor and victim personally identifiable information (“PII”) from their website. So I proposed an amendment to the House Appropriations Committee to mandate this removal.
It was drafted for survivors, with their input, and has their support. Because of their extraordinary courage, the amendment was accepted.
It does not even begin to make amends for the harm caused by the DOJ’s reckless publishing, but shielding their identities is the right first step.
Thank you to the Artemis II astronauts for bringing a little moon joy to DC! 🚀
Leading by example, they underscored the importance of integrity — the name of their ship and the foundation of their mission: trust, respect, candor, and humility.
Congrats to our Congressional Art Competition winner — Mariia of Abington Senior High!
Mariia’s piece “The Recital” will proudly represent PA-04 in the Capitol.
And congrats to our runners-up: Abigail & McKenzy also of Abington!
A beautiful evening to recognize our artists.
As we prepare for an historic summer, I was delighted to kick off Philadelphia 250. ❤️💙
We are lucky to live so close to the birthplace of American democracy. May it serve as a constant reminder of our duty to preserve it.
(Seeing Swoop and Franklin was a phantastic bonus!)
Nurses give us the best care when we are at our worst. Yet, their safety is not guaranteed at work.
This National Nurses Week, I’m grateful to the decades-long work of Betty Long and the Guardian Nurses as we advocate for stronger protections.
It's time Congress passes my Save Healthcare Workers Act to make it a federal crime to knowingly assault hospital workers.
