The federal government's foreign surveillance program needs to be reformed to protect both our national security & Americans’ civil liberties.

We also cannot trust these intelligence powers in the hands of Bill Pulte, another Trump crony with no national security experience.

There’s a bipartisan path forward if it includes warrant standards, limits on data collection, & competent national security leadership. Until then, I cannot vote to renew this program.
