@David_in_DFW That's pretty cool. The current fixed span bridge was built late-90s. It replaced a drawbridge that was built in 1963. The 1963 bridge was an extension of Cleveland St. I'm not sure if the 20s bridge was located at that site. I believe that it may have been a few blocks north.
