Thank you to our Limerick political reps who have stood with us to represent the wishes of the majority of Irish citizens who voted to #Repealthe8th ❤️
We shouldn't need our politicians to reaffirm their support in 2021, but we unfortunately still do

We've come so so far, but we still have a long way to go. Pregnant people are still travelling, pregnant people are still be harassed while trying to receive treatment, and pregnant people are still being affected by the after effects of the 8th. This is not what we voted for!
As we mark three years since we #Repealedthe8th, we are asking our followers to share memories and photos from Repeal so that we can #ReactivateRepeal!
It’s time to #ReactiveRepeal.
Three years on, we are still travelling for abortion care. We have counties with no services at all. If we do, we are harassed on a hospital doorstep. It’s just not good enough.
Time for #FreeSafeLegalLocal across this island. Get involved 👇🏼
We should NOT still be fighting for what we were promised during Repeal in 2021, and yet as highlighted by @lynnenright, our current legislation is still leaving so many people behind #ReactivateRepeal#RepealReview

@together_safety have just launched #ReactivateRepeal; a campaign highlighting that 3 yrs on, our legislation is still not protecting those who need it most. Pregnant people are still travelling to access care they should be receiving at home, and are being harassed for doing so
At the IFPA, we provide confidential and non-directive counselling services at ten locations nationwide.
Our counsellors will listen to you and give you accurate, honest and clear information about all your pregnancy options–abortion, parenting and adoption.

With the 3 year Repealiversary coming up we thought we'd issue a reminder that the #RepealReview will be shortly underway. While we're proud of how far Ireland has come since the 8th, there are still many issues with our current legislation that we hope will be addressed
In 2018 we were promised that once the 8th was repealed, pregnant people would be protected from protestors outside of healthcare facilities by the then health minister @SimonHarrisTD, unfortunately they've still not been introduced and there've been frequent protests in Limerick
