Our first responders answer the call every single day. What we don’t always see is the burden they carry long after the call is over. For too long, they’ve been expected to carry it alone.
That’s why I introduced the Answering the Call Act, to get our firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, dispatchers, and corrections personnel the access to the mental health resources they deserve when they need them most.
Call your representative today and ask them to stand with our first responders by supporting the Answering the Call Act.
Proud of my team for representing our office at two important veteran events in Marion County yesterday.
They joined Todd Belknap of Vets Helping Vets and @RepKatCammack at the Marion County Commission meeting as it passed a proclamation for PTSD Awareness Month and attended the Veterans Café breakfast at Empath Hospice in Ocala.
We will always stand with our veterans.
When foreign countries rig the game, our farmers lose. We can't continue to watch farmland become another housing development pop up when a farmer was forced out.
USDA has opened $1.625 billion in relief for specialty crop farmers hit by unfair foreign trade. Apply now through August 7 at https://t.co/NLLU85oBsj. One application covers all your eligible crops.
Thank you @USDA and @POTUS for putting American farmers first. 🇺🇸🌾
Day in and day out, our first responders see people on the worst days of their lives, and it takes a toll. Too often, they carry that weight alone.
Today, I joined local fire chiefs and law enforcement leaders in Ocala to introduce the Answering the Call Act, legislation that expands awareness of and access to mental health resources for firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, dispatchers, and corrections personnel.
They answer the call every single time. It's high time we answer the call in return.

The British called Revolutionary War hero Francis Marion the “Swamp Fox” because they could never catch him. For 182 years, Marion County has lived up to the spirit of its namesake, building, rebuilding, adapting, and growing along the way.
Today, I was honored to present the County Board of Commissioners with a flag from the U.S. Capitol in celebration of America’s 250th Birthday.
Here’s to the generations who built this incredible community, and to the next 250 years of American greatness. 🇺🇸
This Title IX Month, @RepKatCammack is highlighting Kamdyn S. of Newberry, FL, whose dedication on the softball field reflects the determination and grit of female athletes across Florida.
Title IX helped create new opportunities for generations of female athletes, and protecting women's sports ensures those opportunities remain available for the next generation.
Keep men out of women’s sports!
As America counts down to 250 years, our nation's flag is a reminder of everything our founders knew: freedom isn't free, and it isn't guaranteed. We earn it every generation. Every sacrifice, every battle, every moment someone chose country over comfort. That's what this flag represents. And we fly her proudly.
Proud to serve. Happy Flag Day 🇺🇸
251 years.
When America called, they answered.
That's the legacy of the United States Army.
Today, we honor every soldier who has worn the uniform and defended this great nation.
Happy Birthday, U.S. Army. 🇺🇸🦅
Happy Birthday, @POTUS! Your fearless leadership and commitment to America First is exactly what our nation needed. Proud to serve alongside you and fight for the American people every single day. 🇺🇸
Cannot get enough of the tourists visiting for FIFA right now. They are LOVING America and in particular, the heartland of our amazing nation. It’s honestly been the best part of the week seeing them experience the food, the games, the traditions, and our hospitality. Keep this going! 🇺🇸
Everyone is feeling the pinch. Here’s part of the answer nobody talks about: over $2 trillion in federal regulatory costs, $15,000 per family, baked into the price of everything you buy.
My REINS Act makes Congress vote on every major regulation, on the record, before Washington adds more.
“Election integrity is paramount.” Congresswoman @Kat_Cammack discussed with me how Reconciliation 3.0 and the attached Save America Act is intended to reinforce America’s military and protect election security amid a precarious geopolitical landscape.

Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine.
In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted.

@RepKatCammack tells @MariannaReports candidates for Congress should have to disclose whether they’ve ever settled a sexual harassment case — before voters send them to Washington.
