🚨 ब्रेकिंग न्यूज़: इंडिगो कर्मचारी का विस्फोटक खुला ख़त। कंपनी के अंदर सालों से चल रहा ‘सिस्टम का पतन’ उजागर

“इंडिगो एक दिन में नहीं टूटा हम सबने इसे होते देखा।”

देश की सबसे बड़ी एयरलाइन IndiGo पर बड़ा सवाल। एक वायरल ओपन लेटर ने कंपनी के अंदर की हकीकत, बदहाली और शोषण को देश के सामने रख दिया है।
यह पत्र किसी अंदरूनी कर्मचारी का बताया जा रहा है, जो सालों से चले आ रहे संकट, बदइंतज़ामी और कर्मचारियों की टूट चुकी हालत का खुलासा करता है।

1️⃣ ‘बहुत बड़े हैं, कभी नहीं गिरेंगे’ नेतृत्व का घमंड

पत्र में लिखा है कि कंपनी का रवैया धीरे-धीरे बदलता गया गर्व से घमंड, काम से राजनीति,
और ग्रोथ से लालच बन गया।

कर्मियों की चेतावनियों, थकान रिपोर्ट और सुरक्षा चिंताओं को बार-बार दबा दिया गया।

2️⃣ टैलेंट की जगह टा���टल अयोग्य लोगों को VP बनाया गया

कर्मचारी लिखता है कि ऐसे लोग, जो एक सही ईमेल तक नहीं लिख सकते थे, उन्हें VP बना दिया गया…
क्यों?
क्योंकि टाइटल का मतलब था पावर, ESOPs और कंट्रोल।

इन्हीं लोगों ने शेड्यूलिंग, ड्यूटी टाइम्स और बाकी सिस्टम को ब��गाड़ा।

3️⃣ बर्बर ड्यूटी आवर्स थकान पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं

खत में कई गंभीर बातें सामने आती हैं:

नाइट ड्यूटी दोगुनी

छुट्टियाँ कम

नई नियमावली में एक रुपये तक की बढ़ोतरी नहीं

थकान की शिकायत करने वाले पायलट्स को डांट-फटकार, बुलिंग और मानसिक दबाव

स्टाफ पर लगातार बढ़ता बोझ

ग्राउंड स्टाफ सिर्फ ₹16,000–18,000 में 3 लोगों का काम कर रहा था।

4️⃣ इंजीनियर, क्रू, ग्राउंड हैंडलर्स सब ‘ओवरलोड’

इंजीनियर एक साथ कई विमानों को संभाल रहे थे।
केबिन क्रू मुस्कान के साथ सर्व करते थे, लेकिन गैली में जाकर रोते थे।
स्टाफ एक-एक मिनट बचाने के लिए भागते हुए एयरक्राफ्ट बदलता था।

कर्मचारी का दावा:
“हम खाली टैंक पर चल रहे थे फिजिकली और मेंटली दोनों।”

5️⃣ “प��सेंजर्स” नहीं, “कस्टमर्स” संबंध तोड़ने की नीति

कर्मचारी का आरोप है कि मैनेजमेंट ने कहा:

> “उन्हें पैसेंजर मत कहो, वे खुद को मालिक समझने लगेंगे।”

इस माइंडसेट को पत्र में बहुत खतरनाक बताया गया है।

🔴 EXCLUSIVE SCOOP | “इंडिगो–DGCA ने क्या मिलकर सिस्टम को क्रैश कर दिया?” इंडिगो की धुन पर नाचता है DGCA। नए नियम लागू होने के पहले 10% नए रूट्स इंडिगो को अलॉट किए गए थे। वो भी बिना एक्शन प्लान के। अब वेबसाइट से डाटा गायब।

> देश की सबसे बड़ी एयरलाइन इंडिगो और उसे रेग्युलेट करने वाला DGCA अब कटघरे में हैं।

नवंबर से पायलटों के लिए सख़्त साप्ताहिक आराम नियम लागू होने थे, लेकिन ठीक उसी समय DGCA ने विंटर शेड्यूल 2025 में इंडिगो को *13,691 से बढ़ाकर 15,014 साप्ताहिक उड़ानों की मंज़ूरी दे दी – यानी 1,323 अतिरिक्त फ्लाइटें हर हफ़्ते।*
अब जब हज़ारों यात्री फंसे हैं और एक हफ़्ते से ज़्यादा समय से देश भर में अफरा-तफरी है, बड़ा सवाल उठ रहा है – ���्या ये सिर्फ़ इंडिगो की प्लानिंग फ़ेलियर है या रेग्युलेटर–एयरलाइन की “कंफर्टेबल केमिस्ट���री” ने सुरक्षा नियमों को कुचल दिया?

🔎 1. फ़ैक्ट–शीट: क्या हुआ, कब हुआ?

WS25 (Winter Schedule 2025): 26 अक्टूबर से 28 मार्च तक के लिए फाइनल, कुल 26,495 साप्ताहिक उड़ानें; इसमें इंडिगो टॉप पर – 15,014 उड़ानें प्रति हफ़्ता, जो पिछले विंटर से क़रीब 9.7% ज़्यादा हैं।

इसी दौरान DGCA ने नए FDTL रूल्स (पायलट थकान रोकने के लिए) फेज-2 में लागू किए

साप्ताहिक आराम 36 से बढ़ाकर 48 घंटे

हफ़्ते में नाइट-लैंडिंग लिमिट, उड़ान ड्यूटी की कड़े लिमिट्स ���दि।

1 नवंबर से ये नियम लागू हुए, पर इंडिगो ने पर्याप्त पायलट और क्रू नहीं बढ़ाए, नतीजा – दिसंबर की शुरुआत से रोज़ सैकड़ों फ्लाइट कैंसल, पाँच दिन में 1,000 से ज़्यादा फ्लाइट रोज़ रद्द होने लगीं।

हालात बेकाबू होने पर सरकार ने इन्हीं सुरक्षा नियमों में इंडिगो के लिए एक्सेम्प्शन दे दी, वीकली रेस्ट और नाइट रूल्स अस्थायी रूप ��े ढीले कर दिए – जिस पर पायलट बॉडी ने DGCA पर “सेलेक्टिव डिस्पेन्सेशन” का आरोप लगाया।

DGCA को पहले से पता था कि 1 नवंबर से रेस्ट टाइम बढ़ रहा है और पायलट कम पड़ेंगे, फिर भी

इंडिगो को 1,323 अतिरिक्त साप्ताहिक उड़ानों की मंज़ूरी दी गई।

मंज़ूरी देते समय नियम ये है कि एयरलाइन को *क्रू, एयरक्राफ्ट, ग्राउंड स्टाफ, मेंटेनेंस, पार्किंग इत्यादि का पूरा कंप्लायंस दिखाना होता है।*

अगर आज इंडिगो कह रहा है कि “क्रू नहीं है, रूल सख़्त हैं इसलिए फ्लाइट नहीं उड़ा पा रहे”, तो सवाल सीधा DGCA पर जाता है –
जब स्टाफ इनेफिशिएंट था तो इतनी अतिरिक्त फ्लाइट कैसे पास हो गईं?

“डेटा गायब, जवाब गायब”

24 अक्टूबर के सरकारी प्रेस नोट और अख़बारों में WS25 के आंकड़े साफ लिखे हैं, लेकिन DGCA की वेबसाइट पर डिटेल फ्लाइट-वाइज डेटा अब नहीं दिख रहा, जिससे पारदर्शिता पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं।

“सबसे बड़ा सवाल”

जब DGCA को पहले से मालूम था कि पायलटों का साप्ताहिक रेस्ट 48 घंटे होने वाला है,

और एयरलाइनें नए रूट माँग रही थीं, DGCA तब भी इंडिगो की धुन पर नाच रहा था।
