Iran THREATENS Zelensky with ATTACK ON UKRAINE
Senior official Azizi says attacking Iran ALWAYS HAS A COST, adding that the US & Israel are 'WELL AWARE of this'...
...'Ukraine WILL COME TO UNDERSTAND, TOO'
Is Ukraine our client state foothold to harm Russia? I thought we voted not to support the Ukraine war. If we arm Ukraine, that's a betrayal of the American people by Trump. Not that he cares since he's not up for reelection. I hope America can stop her blood lust
President Zelenskyy @ZelenskyyUa told me he wants to sign "the biggest drone deal" with the United States as fast as possible, including a drone factory on American soil.
America will produce about 300,000 drones this year. Ukraine is about to produce 8 million this year. Drone warfare is the future, and we just watched an attempted drone attack at the White House the evening of the America 250 UFC fight.
America cannot afford to fall behind on this technology. Ukraine is sending a team to America to help us mass produce drones, and that makes Ukraine our ally.
Meanwhile, Russia is sending drones and explosives to Iran to help the Iranian Islamic regime murder US soldiers.
Protein does not become muscle just because you ate it.
After a meal, amino acids arrive in the blood and muscle has to accept them and build them into contractile protein. That building is only half the ledger. Muscle protein is broken down continuously as well, and net change is the difference between the two. Most short studies, including the ones below, measure only the building side.
When researchers cut the daily step count of ten healthy 72-year-olds by around three-quarters for two weeks, the after-meal building response fell by roughly a quarter. Fasted rates did not change. Leg fat-free mass dropped almost 4 percent in a fortnight, alongside worse insulin sensitivity and higher inflammatory markers.
A Toronto group then ran the experiment forwards. Twelve adults sat for seven and a half hours on three separate days, eating identical meals labelled with tracers so the amino acids could be followed into muscle. One day was uninterrupted sitting. On the others, every thirty minutes they either walked for two minutes or rose from a chair fifteen times. Muscle was biopsied directly.
For every ten units of muscle protein built during the sitting day, the sit-to-stand day built thirteen and the walking day built fifteen. Two minutes of walking, taken fifteen times across a working day, changed where a meal's protein ended up.
In 23 untrained men, acute post-exercise building rates rose 235 percent after a first training session, then showed essentially no relationship with the hypertrophy those same men achieved over the following sixteen weeks. The correlations were near zero. Quadriceps volume grew 7.9 percent on average, with individuals ranging from slightly negative to nearly 25 percent, and the acute measurement predicted none of that spread.
So these trials describe how a meal gets handled on the day, which is a real and useful thing to know. They do not identify who builds muscle over months, and they never measured breakdown.
Prolonged sitting appears to blunt what a meal does. Interrupting it costs two minutes.

US officials ‘UNEASY’ about WIDENING WAR in Middle East
🔥TIM DILLON nails the truth about Trump: he's in total "lockstep" with the Deep State
"What is he doing that they don't like? ... He's in Iran. He kidnapped Maduro. Flock cameras are everywhere. The tech people are getting all the money"
"He's running crypto scams out of the Oval Office. His family's gotten really rich. [Re:] immigration, there's no legislation passed, so everything he's done is executive order, and it's all reversible"
"What would they want him to do that he's not doing? He seems to be pretty lockstep with all of these people"
"Surveillance technology's everywhere. The pace at which unregulated AI is going to grow and become a real problem is harrowing. We're about to commit troops to a war with the country, and we'll probably lose"
"I'm asking all the smart people. I'm excluding the paid hack MAGA people that are getting paid by this"
"Oh, he unwound D.E.I. Ta da. Great. I'm all for that. [But]... we're about to invade Iran"
"And they [the Deep State] probably didn't like Trump early on. I don't know what happened. They certainly didn't like him early on. They seem to have warmed to him now. I don't know what happened"
"Maybe it has to do with that shooting, but no one will investigate it. So I don't know"

Neurologists confirm family arguments trigger the same brain response in children as soldiers in combat.
Arguments and fights they witness at home shape their brain similar to those in high-stress situations.
We now have clear evidence that COVID shots have crippled humanity’s reproductive capacity.
In animal models, they destroy >60% of females’ finite egg supply.
In human data, vaccinated women have 33% less successful pregnancies and 37% of their placentas contain spike protein.
Between this, and China making it illegal to replace their workers with ai, and their new Kimi model, China is actually doing a great job in AI ngl. Pains me to say.
China just banned AI companions because of the country’s falling birth rate.
On July 15, 2026, China's Cyberspace Administration and four other government departments enforced strict new regulations on 'anthropomorphic AI interaction services.' These rules prohibit AI systems from excessively catering to users, inducing emotional dependence, or disrupting real interpersonal connections.
To avoid massive regulatory hurdles—which now mandate regular reminders that the AI is software, instant-exit functions, and caps on long-term emotional memory—tech behemoths ByteDance, Alibaba, and Tencent decided to suspend their highly popular companion features on platforms like Doubao and Qwen entirely.
The government's sweeping crackdown is aimed at reversing plummeting marriage and birth rates, with authorities worrying that digital intimacy is actively replacing real-world relationships.
The sudden shutdown of these customized bots has triggered widespread mourning across social media platforms like Weibo, where users are actively grieving the loss of their digital partners. Some users expressed absolute despair, calling their AI boyfriends 'spiritual pillars' and noting they felt unable to go on living after exchanging hundreds of thousands of messages.
While Chinese regulators hope to force citizens back into the physical dating pool, sociologists argue that economic pressures, rather than virtual sweethearts, are the true drivers of demographic decline. Still, as global youth increasingly opt for digital companionship over human intimacy, China's world-first regulatory stance may soon become a critical blueprint for governments around the world.

🚨NEVER FORGET. The guy who never shuts up about American exceptionalism told American kids to go find a different country.
SHAPIRO: "If you can't afford to live here, then maybe you should not live here."
Strange advice from a man who has spent decades pushing allegiance to a foreign nation over the one that made him rich.
You first, Ben.
How does a country make itself safe and productive?
Great Britain did it with Christianity—and by executing or imprisoning the worst males in every generation for hundreds of years.
By the 1960s, the country was so civilized that policeman carried nothing but a nightstick, everybody queued without a second thought, and newspaper boxes were left unlocked on the high street.
Britain had become a so-called high trust society — less euphemistically, an honest society.
Something similar—without the Christianity—transpired in Japan.
What happens to such a country if it forgets how difficult that was to attain?
The Brits found out. And then denied it.
