We never expected the incredible amount of donations we received! 🇨🇴❤️ One truck heads to NYC tomorrow for the Red Cross to transport to Colombia, but we have TWO more trucks full and more donations coming in over the next few weeks.

Hey @Apple, what about donating refurbished iPads or trade-in devices to children in Colombia who lost their schools in the earthquake? Thousands of kids will need to continue learning virtually while their schools are rebuilt. Technology could keep their education going. 🇨🇴

Lo más triste y doloroso del recorrido por los municipios del Río San Juan, en el Chocó, fue constatar la destrucción de colegios enteros. (aquí en Unión Panamericana)

Decenas de miles de niños quedaron sin escolarización.

Mis papás siempre decían cuando yo era chiquita: “Al que madruga, Dios lo ayuda”… y acto seguido nos levantaban TODOS los días a las 5:30 de la mañana sin falta.

Estoy segura de que esa misma lección se enseñó en muchísimos hogares colombianos. 🇨🇴 Ahora soy adulta y soy físicamente incapaz de dormir hasta tarde. Ese entrenamiento quedó de por vida.

Ayer leía a una persona extranjera preguntando el por qué siendo las 7:30 de la mañana había tanta gente en la calle, y preguntaba que a qué horas es que se levantan en Colombia.

Dicen que los bogotanos somos fríos. Por algo a nuestra ciudad le dicen La Nevera. 😂 Pero cuando alguien nos necesita, ahí estamos. Nos unimos, damos, ayudamos y apoyamos a los nuestros. Nunca juzguen a un rolo por las apariencias. Podemos parecer fríos por fuera, pero nuestro corazón es todo lo contrario. 🇨🇴❤️ ¡Orgullosa de mi ciudad natal por siempre hacerse presente!
