We've also gained a clear understanding of the current sentiment of the three @RTFKT founders and Takashi Murakami.

We are now moving to Roadmap Phase 2.

Phase 2 will consist of discussions with individuals who are serious about reviving CloneX and are ready to take action.

These will be our core community members. Several people have already expressed interest in joining.

CHALLENGES:

1. Increasing the number of people taking action

Many people want to revive CloneX, but I'm one of the few who is actually taking concrete action.

We need to increase the number of people who are willing to act.

2. Growing the CloneX fanbase

While CloneX is a top-tier name in the NFT space, many outside the industry still don't know about it.

To solve this, we need to focus on activities that showcase the coolness of CloneX to the outside world, not just to holders.

Specifically, we can develop physical items, such as launching a collection with a fashion brand that has a matching fanbase, to reach a general audience.

The flow would be:

Reach a general audience
↓
Effectively communicate the appeal of CloneX
↓
Gain new fans.

Up until now, Nike and RTFKT focused heavily on holder-exclusive projects and failed to reach a wider audience.

Focusing on this will be the first step toward reviving CloneX.

I plan to focus on these two points first.
