She was still flustered, her cheeks a light shade of pink.

‘I’ll keep that in mind if I need to talk…’

‘That’s nice of you to say… mister…?’

She peeked at him shyly, almost hiding behind her hair as she waited for a name.

@TombFanatic She tilted her head, blinking at him for a moment as she processed the words. She wasn’t use to being able to ‘talk’ to people normally, let alone have them compliment her in such flowery language. Her cheeks flushed as her fingers fluttered, stammering her words she glanced-

@PhotophobicMage She fidgeted slightly, making a face, pretty sure She was just going to be an inconvenience in her long list of responsibilities.

Yea it was, she was only lying to herself by saying such things. Being an independent mage was hard, let alone one who didn’t people very well.

‘I don’t want to be a bother to you! You can’t just be with me at all times and pretty much run the guild.’

‘Sort of. I got a bad fever when I was really little and lost my hearing, so I’ve been like this most of my life.’

@TombFanatic She perked up immediately before offering a smile, her fingers fluttering quickly.

‘Oh thank the gods- I really wasn’t looking forward to having to pass a notepad back and forth. It’s hard to find people who know how to sign!’

She was completely disregarding the compliment.

‘Did you just visit by for pizza?’ She stuck out her tongue playfully.

She was just hoping for pizza, she wasn’t looking to die today.

She blinked a few more times, staring at him quietly.

She stared at him for a moment before pointing behind him.

‘Breakfast…’

She blinked at him as he pushed her back, watching him quietly. Her gaze stayed at his, a few more blinks before she tilted her head.

‘Maybe need more sleep. Very grumpy.’
