@mulegirl Whoaaa I have never seen something like this, also it’s creepy. It’s a bank ...how close can a person reaally feel towards a Bank?
I’m adding this to my folder titled “reasons to not do surveys”
I see the term user testing & usability testing used interchangeably. I want to know what the differences are (if any) in your POV.
Some people say user testing = will people use my product. I thought that was more like product-market fit, concept testing, discovery...

@hugofroesUX My hypothesis is that some hiring managers come from backgrounds that don’t necessarily have experience with Research/low fidelity prototyping/concept testing then they start using the term UX here and there. Let’s UX this, we do UX, the UX of this product is bad etc.
@hugofroesUX It’s become a catch all phrase for some orgs to “show” that they’re invested in users or an attempt to innovate.they start throwing words like UX without knowing much about it.
@hugofroesUX Agree. I started contacting companies and recruiters to tell them that what they’re actually looking for is two people a UI designer and UX designer. Or a UI designer and a UX Researcher.
Because It’s become quite ridiculous the job descriptions.
Personas don’t work as generalizations; they need specific context. This is because personas aren’t meant for overall uses — they’re meant for ideation and designing solutions within a specific scope that your organization is concerned with this month or quarter.
