@comcastcares Okay I will try. But I doubt you can make up for the way I have been treated. If there was another internet option in my area, I would 100% use them.
@comcastcares I have tried to call in. I have tried chat. I had agents lie to me directly (because the manager told me something different.) I can’t see how you can help me any better?
