@FedExHelp I am terrified if I am receiving official documents via FedEx. Cannot let you guys leave it out on the street. Have always put on location hold. Shame on you !

Congrats @Verizon You lost me. I placed an order for FiOS. @VerizonSupport customer service made sure that I would run the other way even before they started the service! Impressive feat in beating @Xfinity to take the top spot in the worst customer service ever!
@Verizon@VerizonSupport has managed to achieve the impossible - provide even worse customer service than @Xfinity@XfinitySupport I was trying to switch from Xfinity to Verizon. What a nightmare!! Rethinking my decision.

There has to be better and transparent internet service providers in this country. #Xfinity and #Verizon need to be accountable for their actions. Sadly they have a monopoly in the market.
