@RobMayeda No problem. Feel free to ask anytime if you want pictures or anything. BTW, I have an ecowitt weather station, but I do not have a heater on the rain gauge, otherwise, I get good information for Trinity Lake.

@RobMayeda Here is a picture of Red Mountain (7,478) behind Granite Peak (8,094) in the Trinity Alps after the March 9th storm. The features on the peak were blunted. I have never seen that before, so yes there has been good snowfall. 7-24" forecasted tonight.
@RobMayeda Thanks, it is a oddity. Surprised New Melones is still behind with the rainfall that area has received. For
snowfall recharge, based on what we have received, I only see the lake making it to 75%, but that depends on what TRRP sends down the river and CVP pulls from the lake.
@JimPSP@US_Stormwatch There is 2' on the ground at lake level and 80" of snow at Big Flat (head waters to Coffee Creek). Another 2' predicted this weekend.
@ToThrive@US_Stormwatch The lake hasn't done much is the last couple of weeks because if we did get rain, it came as snow. I live next to the lake (Ridgeville) and complained that the earlier rains mostly went to the south of us. Once we get some snow melt, things are going to pick up.
@US_Stormwatch Things are looking up at Trinity, it is still really low, but the good news is there's 2' of snow at lake level and another 2' coming this weekend. The BFL gage, at the headwaters of Coffee Creek is now measuring 80" of snow. The lake is 1' below last year's crest.
Significant travel impacts are expected across Northwest California this weekend through early next week due to heavy mountain snow. Keep up with the latest forecasts, watches, and warnings at https://t.co/RglzVDGJAw
@Weather_West This is the same thing that happened back in 1997. We had record breaking rains on New Years Day, then nothing rest of the winter. That is why I still am worried for water, most of it fell to the south of Shasta, Trinity and Oroville lakes, so we need more.
