@TecmagDiams@Pirat_Nation That remains on the developper choice I believe so.
But Steam has so many sales anyway, hard to biu a game at full price if you have patience.
Steam : We do things our way, no one tried back then, we took the lead and innovated.
EGS : Our storefront is the best because of FREE Games.
EGS : Our users only log for the free games...
EGS : Why are users not staying on EGS launcher for their games?
EGS : Musy be because Steam has the market's monopoly.
EGS : LET'S SUE VALVE.
Congrats, ban my EGS account, never returning to that piece of shit launcher that sucks massive dick unlike Steam. Even Bnet launcher sucks less than EGS.
Is this the "fair competition" praised by recent articles?
If a store with dominant market share taking a 30% cut can bully developers into not passing on savings to customers on competing stores with lower fees, then competition doesn't stand a chance.
@govt_corrupt When you go to Subway, the goal is to not add those expensive extras.
There are coupons widely available as well.
Buying 6 cookies is crazy for a lunch.
Alternatively, making your own subs will save you money altogether.
Undermining your own terms is creating an antitrust.
If you choose to not be on Steam, then you can convey and ignore the 30% cut.
If you make a great game, with a launcher not so terrible, people will play and buy that game regardless of Steam (like most Blizzard games for example).
But if you thinm EGS is like any bettet as a launcher/storefront, well heads-up, never has been and never will, thanks to the leadership behind and the devlopment of it not understanding gamers.
While W, doesn't fix the issue that people are still in Deathmatch ruining everybody's DM games for a tableflip title (and potential double flip now, they're gonna rush it like crazy).
Hey, everyone! We're making changes to the Anniversary event because the requirements to earn the Table Flip title weren't entirely clear.
We're reducing the requirement from 48 challenges to 38 and extending the event until the end of the season! ๐งต1/4
Our warrior will be missed, really unfortunate that they did not give him a last run in the Canes series.
Will always be grateful for that guy being around. Bro played with his full heart in the games and it never felt like he would have given up. He gave everything.
@emilysflaregun@PlayOverwatch So if a bug is present, it is acceptable to abuse it to gain something?
That's a reportable offense, alongside gameplay sabotage.
So while left there, one must also be willing to tank a ban under that pretext.
So you'd be fine if the challenge was locked to competitive and would make it easier to throw a game to claim a title?
It's not because it's an arcade mode that it is more acceptable to break simple rules.
There is definitively something wrong with the grinds required, but throwing is never acceptable.
@emilysflaregun@PlayOverwatch I'm nor an advocate to grinds for these.
But even with 2 jobs, I was at 41/48 doing normal behavior games.
But I cannot abide people deliberatly throwing for a title. This has no place in the game and I do not support this behavior.
The Overwatch 48 contributions challenge is lame as fuck.
It takes unemployment level of games to get. What the fuck is this? A celebration of sweating your ass to get some junk?
