Pretty cool to think about everything the @cozyversexyz team has done in the last year since we launched Woofys:

- Fishin' Friends launching in a few weeks
- Playable prototype of Cozyverse: a fully on-chain mmo-lite
- Beta test of Polar Party: an on-chain community minigame
- @cozyversus hosted 7+ cash prize tourneys to bring web2 players to the ecosystem
- Community team ran 200+ events, including weekly partner events with @GamingOnAvax
- Community grew to 1400 unique visitors / mo
- Help Mash (almost) graduate high school
- Woofys are the gateway to web3 gaming, giving exposure and first access to: OTG, Providence, Shatterline, Fableborne, Castle of Blackwater, Golden Tides, The Pit, My Pet Hooligan, Forgotten Playland, Megaweapon, Overtrip, Robokiden, Bloodloop... and more

Still almost half of the treasury left, and I have yet to have paid myself a single cent despite putting 6 digits out of pocket into Cozy pre-mint. Fishin' Friends is our first big bet of bringing sustainable value into the Cozy ecosystem (and if successful, plumbing it back).

Since then, we have met so many amazing people, Woofys were discovered and camaraderie was built through gaming. Thank you to the Cozy community for your unwavering support!

Discord <> X <> On-Chain

Community growth is one of Cozy's big bets of 2024, as we have a strong belief that building games with our community is a key ingredient of being web3.

By tying a person's activity between Discord, X, and On-chain, we believe we'll be equipped to elevate current and prospective key community members, as well as understand the macros of how effective our growth initiatives are.

We just launched our Cozy Analytics v0.1 bot, which streams real time data and provides us a depth of Discord insights we previously never had, saving us 10+ hours of weekly manual work. Next steps is to integrate on-chain, marketplace, and X data.

The best part? Everything we're building is plug and play for other communities who are interested in benefiting from the work we're doing for ourselves.
