City of Dallas now has a FAQ flyer available in multiple languages in response to the upcoming wind-down of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The languages include Spanish, Vietnamese, Burmese, Farsi/Dari, Arabic, Rohingya, and Swahili.
Without renewed funding, partial reimbursement will be provided for May 2024. To learn more about what this means, join us for a live webinar hosted by the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CBG) at 1:00 p.m. EST on March 13, 2024.
ACP Wind-Down Update: April 2024 is the last fully funded month for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Households benefiting from the ACP will see the last application of this benefit on their April internet bills.
