Someone is DMing VGen users in Discord and through VGen DMs that they “got scammed and accidentally reported your account” and for users to contact an impersonated Discord account to get support. They then try to get personal / PayPal / banking information from you pretending to be our support team.

Please beware! THIS IS A SCAM!

Never trust anyone telling you to contact a specific member of our team for support.

We NEVER offer support outside of our official server support or support email. And even if you were ever wrongfully reported, you don’t need to contact us. We would never take administrative action on an account without investigating first - which you’d be made aware of.

Please stay alert and stay safe 🙏
