Oooh the #ResearchOps waitlist is huge this month (might need to do an extra intake)...so inspired by the commitment and sense of Community expressed by people wanting to join.
Some strong leadership there too. See you in the Slack!

In #ResearchOps town hall and @stonecrops_ is going through the resources that will be open and available for use by CC. The ResearchOps Community is all about helping researchers do their best work. #team
Asking for help is hard and unnatural for most of us. Yet we rarely regret the help we get. Researchers with a ResOps team at their fingertips can accelate their impact if they start by asking for help, first. A well-informed ResOps enables well-informed solutions. #researchops
@mrahman4 If a company strives to build winning consumer products, shouldn’t they also ask if they should be consumer-led? Further, how to make that real? It certainly doesn’t live within design or engineering alone, or even in-concert. A (THE) critical voice is missing from this equation.
We’re cautioned, sometimes told, not to ‘reinvent the wheel’, yet we’re always trying to improve cyclical systems. Maybe we should just admit we’re all trying to at least improve the wheel a little along the way? Someday eliminate the phrase “when the rubber meets the road?” IDK

While working in (and building) Games User Research Ops early on at #xbox with a ton of amazing people, I still remember the moment I realized I found a gig that surrounded me with people who found their literal dream job. #passion + #hobby + #career = #GUR
The most common #ResearchOps question I’ve been getting recently is “What can a career in ResOps look like?”. I’m not sure if I’m disappointing or inspiring when I respond by asking, “What CAN’T a career in ResOps look like?”
