This is a single hop American style pale ale brewed with Hallertau Blanc in the kettle and in the dry hop. An herbaceous pale with a dry finish. Vienna malt base with a touch of light crystal and dextrin malt.

7.5% ABV  |  39 IBU
Combining fruity hops with tropical fruit is what this beer is all about. I wanted to keep it simple with just mango and mosaic. The result is a mango forward beer with a decent hop character without the overpowering bitterness

Short Legged Stork
ABV 6.8% | 60 IBU
-Hazy IPA
-Another experiment with Sabro hops, this time around we loaded up with Sabro, Citra and Galaxy hops. Pale malt as the base with oats, wheat, and dextrin. Fermented with juice yeast from Imperial Yeast.

Hot Commodity
6% ABV  | 10 IBU
We decided to spice up our pickle gose with some jalapenos! Same base as Pickle Down Economics but we added over 100lbs of fresh jalapeños in the whirlpool and in the bright tank. Great aroma and tastes throughout. This beer is awesome!

The Beverage: A Moscow mule inspired hard seltzer
The Ingredients: Higher abv seltzer base, lime puree, ginger extract, and some stevia to sweeten things up.
