Somewhere there has to be a line drawn or eventually, like in Swedens case in about two generations, the ethnic White populations of Sweden will be a minority.

Well, where does the line go then to be view a person as White British, or White Swedish for that matter, as it is entirely meaningless to talk about something if there are no definitions. Personally I see that a person has to be at least 75% ethnically White to be viewed as White.
