This would make games at the top AND at the bottom exciting to watch. The survivor bowls would possibly be the most exciting games of the year.

This system would reduce travel during regular season and create a meaningful post season while maintaining integrity of the bowls.

Survivor Bowl

Each region has two Survivor/Relegation Bowls: 2 lowest ranked in the major conference play the 2 highest ranked in the minor conference.
•  13th in Major vs 1st in Minor
•  12th in Major vs 2nd in Minor
Winners stay in or move up to the Major. Losers drop down.
