I'm sorry to hear about your wife. I really am. But don't come crying to me because you have lousy insurance. Last year, I had some medical issues and my out-of-pocket expenses were around $4,000. But I also got a new set of dentures which were completely covered and would have cost at least $2,000 to $3,000 otherwise. I pay no monthly premiums, so compared to BCBS, I came out way ahead. I'm sure you'd love socialized medicine in a socialist country. You should try it.
