@PunterJeff@Strive Very shocked to see this. How did you get around the Nasdaq rules that require at least 10 calendar days between a dividend declaration and the record date?
@fredo22 I thought Strategy only could pay twice monthly due to Nasdaq rules which require at least 10 calendar days between a dividend declarations date and payment date.
It's not always BTC "OR" STRC. I am a retiree that wants to leave a legacy but also needs some short term cash to "operate". In this respect I am not much different than a corporate treasury may be structured. I am long 50% MSTR, 20% Bitcoin and 30% STRC (for shorter term needs). I do understand all 3.
On Tuesday, I sent a message to https://t.co/jKidFoKGQZ to inform them that they were overstating their STRC ATM estimates considerably. I happened to have a small sell order in for a few shares right at $100.00 but it did not trigger until much later. I was watching the price fluctuate quite a while between $99.995 and $99.999 when https://t.co/jKidFoKGQZ and your website both displayed $100.00.
The next day https://t.co/jKidFoKGQZ made my suggested change to 3 decimal places and thanked me for acknowledging "their bug."
My question to Strategy's team (sent today) is am I correct in assuming that the ATM sales only happen above $99.999 and if so should you also go out 3 decimal places on preferred prices so that others on social media who discuss how much of the day is hitting the ATM threshold will be more accurate?? Obviously this will at some point affect SATA as well.

@BTCInsightPro@morganbstarkey@PunterJeff Sounds like a no brainer. However...... Since they are not jumping on this implies that they already do equal to or better by paying nothing for checking accounts but charging massive spreads and fees for various types of loans.
