🕹 Comix Zone (1995, Sega Genesis)

In this cult classic beat ’em up, you play as comic artist Sketch Turner who gets pulled into the pages of his own comic book by his villain creation, Mortus. Enemies are literally drawn into existence by a giant hand, you jump between comic panels, speech bubbles pop up mid-fight, and defeating foes leaves torn paper scraps. Pure ’90s comic-book energy on the Genesis.
