He's completely out of his depth and literally is a deer in headlights on the sidelines. That starting lineup was a disgrace and losing at home to spurs is a stackable offence.

@KayLFC05_ For real Chelsea fans. Losing to Spurs at home is an unacceptable and unforgivable event. That alone demands the sack. The fact Alonso has been awful since pre season bar 2 games is a better reason why he was a very poor choice.
