Microsoft’s latest Windows 11 update has caused several problems for some users. Reports show it can affect the Recycle Bin, OneDrive, and overall system stability.
One issue changes the file name shown when permanently deleting items from the Recycle Bin. The files still delete correctly, but the wrong name may appear in the confirmation message.
Some users report that OneDrive folders no longer open properly from File Explorer. Similar problems have occurred with other cloud storage services. In most cases, the files remain accessible via local folders or the web.
Reports also include crashes, slow performance, update failures, and boot problems on some computers.

NVIDIA’s DLSS upscaling technology is now supported by the open-source NVK Vulkan driver for Linux, which is good news for Linux gamers.
The feature was added in Mesa 26.2 and lets supported Vulkan games use DLSS. This update allows the open-source NVK driver to work with NVIDIA’s prebuilt CUDA files, giving users another option besides NVIDIA’s proprietary drivers. Support is experimental and must be enabled manually.
Mesa 26.2 is expected to get a stable release later this year, an important upgrade to Linux gaming and better support for NVIDIA RTX graphics cards.
