Peoples passports are kept for months base on medical expiration. Some have even done this remedicals nd are waiting endlessly for @CanHCGhana to respond @KatiCsaba

The unnecessary delay and lackadaisical trait been displayed by @CanHCGhana is nothing to write home about.
Its obvious people now avoid sending their Passports to them for processing. And its paying off for them.
@CitImmCanada @KatiCsaba can do more to address this.

This email clearly shows how crafty @VFSGlobal #Lagos_Abuja office have been. First they state that they are offering a service and then make it clear that they will collect our money and then employ another courier (@UPS)to do the job. Why not let applicants use their courier?

They are trying to outsmart us, @VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare this does not happen in other jurisdiction. We are going to discourage applicants to stop sending to the Nigeria office.

No further Extension.

One wonder if @VFSGlobal Abuja is different from Lagos. I wonder how passports submitted in Abuja are processed within 3weeks but Lagos takes 5-9wks to do same.Please help talk to VFS staff in Lagos to work smarter @vfsglobalcare @PPreleaseAVO @CitImmCanFR @CanHCGhana @KatiCsaba
