In 2016, the then Propaganda Secretary, who is now the General Secretary of the NDC, spoke with great confidence that there was no way Dr. Bawumia would ever be elected as the flag bearer of the NPP after President Akufo-Addo because he is a northerner.

Before that, he made a claim in 2007 during an interaction with US embassy officials that “Muslims can never be President in Ghana”. I'm not so surprised he unleashed one of his dogs Sam George to speak ill of Dr. Bawumia and the entire Muslim Community in Ghana on National TV yesterday.

The NDC is a party that is not religiously tolerant; they are tribal bigots, religious bigots and all the bigotry you can think of. They despise Muslims, same way they do with Ashantis!
