@Christion_G87 I believe that to be true, but I often see team members interpreting great leadership wrong or not at all. Leaders have leadership trainings, "followers" have nothing. Ex. to be in a math class you need pre reqs. to be successful, to be led it's a good luck situation.@simonsinek

What do you see as the biggest problem in leadership? I believe that many industry leaders have to lead groups that sometimes do not understand their leaders why. The language seems to only apply to those who pursue leadership leaving others confused. @simonsinek
