@nxwestmidlands I’m at Edgbaston Park Road stop and there hasn’t been a #61 or 63 bus by here, headed out of town, in over an hour. And I’ve seen 5 of those busses heading into town during this time. What is up?!? This is terrible service.

@O2 Just hope it is clear to you that your lack of ability to let customers know what to expect will loose you this customer soon! Been nice knowing you, but if you can’t provide eSIM for a dual SIM phone (which isn’t new technology) than I’m giving up on waiting.
