@Delta I have some tweets, emails, hours an hours on hold. I am based in Atlanta and Delta is our hometown airlines. Delta has offered no customer service for support. I spent hours trying to get this resolved.

@Delta - I spent 2 days in the airport April 1 & 2 in the airport with delayed flights. No help. No bags. Bags took 11 days to get back. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service. How much longer? Delta seems to have no customer service. Waiting 4.5 months!

@Delta last screen shot. I was trying to fly out on Friday, April 1. After two days of delays I was told my next available flight flight would be Tuesday April 5. 5 days later. It was a 6 day trip. I drove to my destination. 11 days later my bags arrived at my house.

@Delta April 1&2 we spent 2 days of delays and 11 days without bags-ruined trip! Never flew. 3 months of waiting to hear. We were told that we would be reimbursed for our expenses. Today told would only get 10k sky miles and no reimbursement. Unacceptable! @PeteButtigieg

@Delta tomorrow will be a month from when we tried to take a flight. 2 hours on the tarmac, hours and hours of standing in lines, 2 days at the airport, and 11 days without baggage - we still have not received an email back from delta cares. Does delta care?
