@VZWSupport I call again this morning only to be told that I can’t change the address on the order until it’s ready to be shipped so I’ll need to watch for the email and make another call.

@VZWSupport Then I decide to go to Facebook a chat with support there. That person tells me to change my address from a web browser instead of the app so we hung up and I try that. But I’m on a tablet so I kee getting kicked to the app

@VZWSupport After about 20 minutes I decide that chat probably isn’t available at that hour so I exit.

@VZWSupport It all started with an address change. After trying several times to do it myself I was locked out of my account because the system wouldn’t accept any of the verification codes. So I accept the offer to move to a chat.

My @GetSpectrum bill just went up $10/mth & included a nice note letting me know next mth they’ll be adding anthr $5. I’m not paying $75/mth for just internet if I don’t have to, so my @ATT modem will be here next week. Looking fwd to pyg $30 less a month.
