After contacting @SamsungUS @Samsung @SamsungBizUSA I was advised that eventhough the box was sealed from the factory it was my responsibility to check it and they will not be sending me the parts needed to complete the install. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE 😡😡😡

Soooo I purchased a @Samsung soundbar to match my @SamsungUS TV last Thanksgiving. I am just now finishing my basement and opened the box and realized all of the parts to install the soundbar. To my surprise 2 screws and 2 brackets are missing. I called @SamsungBizUSA
