It is despicable how media outlets are dog-piling on Don Johnson’s daughter for trying to help her parents.

In case you haven't seen the viral video, Don is an 81-year-old veteran working as a lost luggage delivery man to pay for his wife’s pancreatic cancer treatments. When video of him hauling heavy luggage up the stairs went viral, his daughter, Amy, set up a GoFundMe to help him finally retire and care for his wife. Good Samaritans pitched in more than $700,000 to help the Johnsons. But they didn't see a single penny of that money. GoFundMe quickly took down the fundraiser and refunded all of the donations. Why? Because his daughter used a pseudonym to set it up in order to preserve her privacy.

Of course, the media decided to pile on, jumping at the chance to tear them down. It’s disgusting, but the Johnsons are NOT giving up and NEITHER ARE WE.
