@geoffreywoo@TheNotoriousMMA@ketone Professor Kieran Clarke's an OG in the space and she literally says the main ingredient in Ketone IQ should "NEVER" be taken.
@geoffreywoo@TheNotoriousMMA@ketone Not all ketones are created equal. After trying everything I tell all my clients to stay away from anything containing 1, 3 butanediol. I'm surprised y'all still use it to be honest.

Try this hinge variation to help capture more hip internal rotation musculature on that front leg in order to give yourself more solid positioning and tissue recruitment.

Even when that hip is still externally rotating away from midline, there are times when we want to see IR associated musculature hold it in place or be involved so as not to drift in excess or lack sturdiness/position.
Shams: "The league is launching a league wide biomechanics assessment program.
More than 500 players have already gone through a level of testing, there's four rounds of biomechanics testing also needed to be done before the rest of the season and that's gonna be used to optimize performance and try to reduce injuries moving forward"
Your training needs to address both kinetics (outputs/capacity) and kinematics (movement).
Too much on one side or the other leaves you vulnerable to injury and limits your performance potential.

More than 500 players have already gone through a level of testing, there's four rounds of biomechanics testing also needed to be done rest of the season and that's gonna be used to optimize exactly how the performances and try to reduce injuries moving forward"
This isn't the only factor in the injury epidemic, but it's a big one and something that can be positively impacted through training.
Not sure the NBA will get it right on the applied side when it comes to training interventions, but it's encouraging to see movement quality go more mainstream.
