@realTuckFrumper Remember, they have to lie to get elected. Now they either don’t act & the lie is exposed or act on their extremely minority beliefs & face the backlash. Both aren’t choices I’d want to be forced into. The advantage of having beliefs you don’t have to hide eh?

@JStein_WaPo Here’s a tip. Every other 1st world democracy saw Trump for what he is. Only Americans couldn’t see it. Everyone else binned their populists but not America. It’s not the Dems fault you don��t wanna do the TINY BIT of work to inform yourselves en masse. I feel for all who did.

@realTuckFrumper God dammit, have some conviction. With party affiliation blocked out Dem policies were handily polling WAY BETTER. It’s the team sport BS & non voter apathy that populists use. Try finding a country that prospers from populism? Iran, USSR, fascists, etc? I can’t find 1 example.
